For almost thirty years Dave has been serving Jesus full-time in His church. And as a worship pastor, he has discovered many creative solutions to the myriad of challenges that worship pastors and technical directors face. Having served in several different types and sizes of ministries, from new mobile church plants to facility-rich mega churches, multiple campus churches, and even several stadium-sized worship venues, Dave understands the essential dynamics of developing thriving worship ministries.
